A freight train, taxis, buses and the iconic faces of Duke Ellington, Rin Tin Tin and Marilyn Monroe appear in this dynamic, interactive artwork. More than 300 fleeting images designed to be viewed in periphery by passersby, who can also activate a responsive sound system by speaking near a hidden microphone, are produced by 12 pulsing light rods mounted above the escalator.
