Los Angeles Union Station presents the Los Angeles Police Department mariachi performances in recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month. The event will feature a performance by Mariachi Los Servidores in Union Station’s Ticket Concourse. All ages are welcome to come out and join this one-of-a-kind cultural celebration on September 29, 2023 from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

ABOUT MARIACHI LOS SERVIDORES:
Mariachi Los Servidores is a mariachi ensemble comprised of LAPD sworn and civilian personnel. Mariachi Los Servidores was founded in 2017 by Detective Chris Reza after he had success as a mariachi performer and saw the potential impact an all law enforcement mariachi could have within the community. Mariachi Los Servidores is the 1st mariachi ensemble of its kind and is dedicated to community service and enhancing the relationship with law enforcement and the community through mariachi music. The group works in conjunction with Violins Not Violence organization and assists in fundraising to provide students from inner city schools with musical instruments. Mariachi Los Servidores has performed at various events across the city of Los Angeles and Southern California.
