Metro Art Presents Film Noir At Union Station | “Too Late For Tears” (1949)

Historic Ticketing Hall

December 2, 2016 from 8:00pm – 9:30pm

A cold-blooded housewife is determined to keep an ill-gotten satchel of cash by any means necessary. One of the best noirs of the classic era, long believed lost but now restored by the Film Noir Foundation and the UCLA Film and Television Archive. Union Station not only appears in the film; it figures prominently in the story. Starring Lizabeth Scott, Dan Duryea, Arthur Kennedy Don Defore and Kristine Miller.

We are pleased to welcome Richard Duryea, son of Dan Duryea, to introduce the film alongside Alan K. Rode, writer, historian, film programmer and film noir expert.

All films in the series feature scenes shot at Union Station.

The mission of the Film Noir Foundation is to rescue and restore America’s Noir Heritage. More information at www.filmnoirfoundation.org
