Programming Highlights
- Join us for our annual NOONTIME ORGAN CONCERT in the historic Ticket Hall featuring organ virtuoso CHRISTOPH BULL and CHURCH KEYBOARD CENTER.
- Principal oboist of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra CLAIRE BRAZEAU and LA Master Chorale soprano ANNA SCHUBERT, will be leading LADY BACH, an all-female group. Multi-instrumentalist and composer MIGUEL ATWOOD-FERGUSON will perform a solo Bach program. The BACHESTRA joins with 20-member vocal group, CODEX LA for a finale sure to remember.
- 2019 marks the first year to include electronic and alternative music ensembles, including UNPOPABLE and the CAL POLY POMONA ELECTRONIC MUSIC ENSEMBLE. Our dedicated youth stage returns, featuring THE HARMONY PROJECT, EL SERENO MIDDLE SCHOOL and CITY BALLET OF L.A. Perennial favorites like the 30-piece LOS ANGELES RECORDER ORCHESTRA and NOIR SAXOPHONE QUARTET are returning to the marathon to take part in Bach’s birthday festivities.
